Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner is a soothing cleansing product that moisturizes with cleansing water imbued with licorice water. A mildly acidic cleansing toner that creates clear skin and has soothing, moisturizing and brightening effects. The skin anti-irritation test was completed.
