K-Beauty Ave Return Policy
At K-Beauty Ave, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We accept returns of unused, unopened, and originally packaged K-Beauty Ave products within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers outside the Continental United States have an extended return window of 20 days.
General Return Policy
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original, undamaged packaging
We recommend taking photographs of items immediately upon delivery, especially if the package appears damaged or opened.
Required Documentation
Please provide the following to process your return:
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- An invoice detailing the products in your order
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.
Acceptable Returns
We will accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect color shipped (as indicated on the invoice)
- Incorrect quantity shipped (as indicated on the invoice)
- Incorrect length shipped (as indicated on the invoice)
- Products are unused and in original, undamaged packaging
Non-Acceptable Returns
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items with damaged packaging that is not due to shipping
- Hair color or chemical products, unless the wrong item was sent
Important: Hair color products showing signs of tampering (e.g., removal and improper reinsertion) will not be eligible for a refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, contact us at info@kbeautyave.com. Ensure that our email address is not marked as spam to receive timely responses and notifications.
Shipping a Return
For Unwanted Items
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A return shipping label can be issued via email upon request.
Using a Different Shipping Provider
- If you use another provider, you must supply K-Beauty Ave with tracking information and the carrier’s name at info@kbeautyave.com.
For Shipping Errors
If a return is due to a shipping error (e.g., wrong item or quantity sent), K-Beauty Ave will cover the return shipping costs.
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Restocking Fee: Returns may incur a restocking fee of 20-50%, depending on the condition of the returned product.
Rejected Returns: Returns showing signs of damage or use (unrelated to shipping) may be rejected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been processed after 5 business days:
- Contact your financial institution for an update.
- If unresolved, email us at info@kbeautyave.com with the subject line: ORDER Number & Refund.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged items
- Shipping errors (e.g., wrong product or quantity shipped)
For exchanges due to preferences (e.g., color or brand), the standard return policy applies.
Gifts
With a Gift Receipt: Gifted items can be returned for a gift card or coupon code.
Without a Gift Receipt: The original purchaser must initiate the return process. Returns must comply with the 14-day policy.
