Shipping policy

Business Day Orders (Before 3 PM EST):

Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. For example, an order placed at 3:00 AM EST on a Monday will be packed and shipped by 4:00 PM EST on the same day.

Business Day Orders (After 3 PM EST):

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST but before 8:00 PM EST on a business day will be packed on the same day and shipped the following morning.

Weekend Orders:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on Saturday may be shipped the same day (not guaranteed).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).

Free Shipping Policy

Orders over $50 with a shipping address within the continental United States qualify for free shipping.

  • Non-Continental U.S. Addresses: Customers outside the continental U.S. can choose from available shipping options at competitive rates.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Most orders ship via USPS. However, depending on the item's weight and destination, UPS may be used.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary based on the selected carrier.

Important Notes:

  • USPS First Class Mail: This option does not include insurance and is NOT covered by USPS or K-Beauty Ave. Customers selecting this option assume the risk of lost or damaged packages.
  • Priority Mail Disclaimer: While USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2–3 business days, this timeframe is not guaranteed. Tracking is provided to assist in locating delayed packages, but we are not liable for USPS delays.
  • UPS Next Day Disclaimer: Next Day service covers business days only. Saturday delivery requires an additional fee and is limited to certain urban areas.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Saturday, or on Sunday, are shipped the next business day.
